Started in 2005, Seamless pipe plant (located in Shangdong Province, China) specializes in manufacturing seamless steel pipes and its annual turnout reaches 0.25million ton. Its products are widely used in such areas as structure, fluid conveying, tubing for mechanical uses, oil cracking, API oil well pipes, etc.
Equipped with continuous hot rolling mill train (of size Φ340 andΦ180), rotating hearth furnace, 2-roller skew-rolling piercing mill (8 items), sizing mill (2 items) and progressive cooling table, it is able to manufacture hot rolling seamless pipes (of outer diameter Φ73-Φ340, wall thickness 1-30mm). Meanwhile, its latest cold-drawing machine (of weight 20T 45T 65T) have been put into use, thus seamless drawn pipes (of sizeΦ10-120mm) are produced.
Furnished with ultrasonic inspection, probolog, hydraulic testing machine, universal tensile testing machine (60T) and other testing machines, together with our well operated monitoring system, we are able to manufacture products according to API, ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS standards. |
